How can I terminate my employee’s employment contract?

You can terminate your employee’s employment contract in different ways:

• With the permission of the UWV due to commercial reasons or long-term incapability for work
• Via a request for dissolution to the subdistrict court due to another statutory ground for dismissal
• By termination by mutual agreement
• By dismissal with immediate effect; and
• By termination during the probationary period
